DESIGN

How do I find out what I can do to my home without spending lots of money on full design and approvals?

Following on from our free initial meeting, our design stage provides you with a sketch scheme based on our discussions highlighting your new proposal. This will enable one of our approved local builders to provide an estimated build cost which will allow you to make an informal decision on whether to take your project to the next stage.

OUR PROCESS

Prices from £299

Developed as a precursor to full planning drawings & providing an initial scheme design & costing, enabling you easily assess if the project meets your needs & more importantly your budget.

This involves a follow up visit to your home to take key information & to measure, we take this opportunity to discuss your scheme in more detail & to take note of any special features you may wish to include within our design. We then produce our initial scheme, which will include a proposed layout & internal visual, allowing you to gain a real understanding of the spaces involved, we also include a costing which is produced by one of our local approved builders.

DESIGN NOTE

Most pre and post war houses are laid out in a dated manner, not using space creatively or appropriately for modern day family life. Garages that simply act as junk rooms or lofts gathering dust, with housing costs so high, more and more home owners wish to maximise the potential of their home.
